Kirk joined the firm in 2021 and brings over 30 years of real estate lending and construction management experience. He has spent the last 10 years in construction management and development, most recently serving as Project Manager for Boghos Properties. Previously, Kirk was a top loan originator with a focus on construction lending for Fairway Independent Mortgage and Homevest Mortgage.

Kirk Boggia


Origination

Jeff has over 10 years of experience in the real estate and investment sector, with a total real estate acquisition value in excess of $400 million. Prior to co-founding Grand Coast Capital Group, Jeff was a principal and Managing Partner at Triad Alpha Partners, where he focused on multi-family development and commercial investment in the greater Boston market.

 

Jeff has also served as Regional Director of Acquisitions for a Boston-based real estate private equity firm that acquired and managed net-leased industrial properties across the country. He was also a portfolio analyst for Bank of America, focusing on investment and asset allocation for high net-worth individuals and institutional investors.

 

Jeff oversees and manages all aspects of the business and works out of Grand Coast’s primary office outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Jeff holds a Masters in Finance from Suffolk University and a BS from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL), and holds a Series 65 Securities License. In addition, Jeff teaches commercial real estate investing to students across the country, and previously taught real estate finance at Suffolk University.

CEO & Founder

Bryan Joyce joins Grand Coast Capital with over 15 years of experience in real estate, institutional investing, and lending. Throughout his career he has worked with real estate developers and investors across the country, consulting on and financing residential and commercial projects.

 

Before his role with Grand Coast Capital, Bryan served as the VP of Lending at EMCAP Lending where he oversaw daily lending, sales, and marketing operations. He previously held a similar role at Universal Capital. In addition to his lending experience, Bryan owned and managed Clearwater Capital Ventures, a New England real estate development company. With his expertise in development consulting and commercial lending, Bryan will help expand Grand Coast Capital’s market share in the local market. Bryan received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine Farmington in Business Economics and Ski Industry Management.

Origination

Charlie joined Grand Coast Capital as a Credit Analyst in 2021. He is responsible for evaluating borrower risk and aiding in underwriting each loan. Prior to joining Grand Coast Capital, Charlie worked in property management for both First Realty Management and Fairstead Capital, in management and leasing roles. He holds a B.A. Economics from the University of New Hampshire.

Loren joined the firm in 2016 and has 15 years of investment operations experience.  She currently oversees the day-to-day operations at Grand Coast. Previously, Loren worked at The Wartosky Group, where she was responsible for management of $160 million in assets.  Loren has a BSBA in Accounting from Suffolk University.

Asset Management & Operations

Eugene Murray is a qualified Accountant and has extensive Financial Services and Property related experience having worked at a Senior level in AccBank Plc, Rabobank Ireland, IBRC and AIB Plc. Eugene has comprehensive knowledge of the banking industry with in-depth practical Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity and Operational Risk Management experience. He has Chaired Credit Committee, Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) and Operational Risk Steering Committee in a number of financial institutions. In addition to his Risk Management experience, Eugene has practical experience in Financial Planning, Reporting and Management Information (M.I.) having held the role of General Manager – Finance, in AccBank Plc and Rabobank Ireland.

 

Since leaving AIB Plc in 2015, Eugene set up his own consultancy firm, “Townhouse Corporate Finance”, specializing in sourcing, structuring and arranging funding for property-related assets in Ireland and the UK.

Asset Management

Jordan joined the firm in 2016 as a Loan Originator and brings 13+ years’ experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. Jordan has been a mortgage banker at People’s bank since 2014, where he focuses on the Maryland and greater DC area in addition to working as a loan originator for Grand Coast. Jordan previously worked as a mortgage loan officer and rose to branch manager of Savings First Mortgage, from 2004 through 2012.
